Minor Storm Update #1: Fri 1/19

We've got another one of those light fluffy snow systems coming through on Friday, but this time focused on Pennsylvania and the lower half of New York primarily. There will probably be some totals of 6" or more by the end of Friday, but they will be isolated and so this will be covered as a "Minor Storm" but as there is forecasting involved that coverage will be paywalled.

Let's start off with a simulated radar loop from the NAM3K covering 4PM Thursday through 8AM Saturday.
