Minor Storm Update #3: Tue-Fri 1/23-26

We've covered the 2nd push of this storm twice already and generally the guidance is unchanged for Thursday. The simulated radar shows midnight tonight and that's a big batch of freezing rain mostly focused on Maine, and it may well cause issues on Thursday. Here's the simulated radar covering from 4PM on Wednesday through noon on Thursday to help set this up, but there's another push on Friday that will be covered below.

This will be a brief update in general focusing on Thursday and Friday, the latter of which I will merge the next update into the Weekend Outlook which I hope to have out on Thursday afternoon.
