Folks, the storm isn't over yet, we still have 48 more hours of snow before another clipper, though a much weaker one, comes through our area late Saturday into Sunday. I also have good news regarding Friday's winds, they will be less severe generally and shorter lasting which means many more opportunities for hunting this snow. Here's a little summary of some of the more notable amounts reported by ski areas through Noon.
I'm going to give an updated Snowfall Forecast for 4PM today through 4PM on Saturday leaving out what already fell. I will then update the Wind Hold Forecast for Friday (no issues expected this weekend), and then I'll go back over Where to Hunt Friday and also this weekend.
