We're 1 day in to this 3 day event with back end snow, wind, and cold temps once again. The wind has been wreaking havoc on lifts across 6 states, though today the threat is a little lower than yesterday before it comes on extra strong on Thursday.
Oh, and the snow. Yeah, it's snowing. Titus has reported 20" in the last two days, and it's blower folks, and they almost never have wind holds there and while the wind is closing lifts and blowing snow into the trees on the Greens, it's piling up evenly and staying fluffy across Titus.
If you want to treat yourself or your family and you are a subscriber, use your Snowology Club discount to get a ticket this weekend for just $32. Even if you aren't a subscriber, tickets are just $64 on weekends for adults (just $49 on weekdays). It's one of the best values in skiing and if you ever thought about visiting them, THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME! The place is chill, well maintained, the locals are friendly and unpretentious, and they will have received over 50" of snow in the past 8 days by Friday morning. Their terrain is more greens and blues by common standards plus glades, and if you can't have fun in that with 50" of recent snow then you are doing it wrong. They're in their absolute prime right now and we couldn't be happier to have them as a discount partner in our club!
It's snowing elsewhere also of course. Due to the wind holds yesterday making it hard to measure and also hard to access I'm afraid that the snow reporting ranges from good to bad. There's also the issue where main marketing staff often takes their 2 days off between Monday and Wednesday. Heck, Jay Peak didn't even report snow yesterday, but I assure you, they received over a foot so far. Here's the reported snow that we could find from the last two days, but you'll note the distribution is quite strange.

I'll cover the Snowfall Forecast and update the Wind Hold Forecast for Thursday and I have a forecast for wind holds on Friday as well. Don't worry about the weekend folks, we will warm a little, but certainly not too much, and the wind will die down, and it will be fantastic! Get it before the MLK holiday weekend arrives!
