If you haven't heard, February is starting out great with a series of storms that will bring mostly snow to the Northeast and this one, while it won't be a "BIG" storm, is going to create widespread 4"-12" totals across parts of every state in the Northeast. Let's take a look at the broad view from the ECMWF covering all of Saturday and Sunday to start.

This storm is almost locked in with the models and I'll start off with the Snowfall Forecast, and since this will impact travel on both Saturday evening and Sunday morning there will be a Travel Forecast. Lastly I have for our subscribers a solid Top Pick for this weekend as a way to score deep pow without the crowds, and they're a member our the Snowology Club so you can ski off your pass for half the regular price.
I will likely release one short update on Saturday with adjustments to the snowfall forecast map but much less detail.
