I'm sending out an email-only update regarding Wednesday's wind risk rather than waiting for the morning because modeling has changed enough that the risk of wind holds from the southerly flow on the front end of this system has been dramatically trimmed. This also gives me an opportunity to discuss why southerlies are the most difficult to forecast.
