To add members to your Premium Group Subscription, please send us an email to
assistance@snowologywx.com containing the names and email addresses of the additional subscribers that you would like to have added to your account. We will set them up and send them a welcome message and copy you on it so that you know it has been taken care of.
If you ever need contact us, you can access this by being signed into our site and pressing on the Account button and press the "Contact Support" button. You can also access this from our newsletters by pressing on the "Manage Subscription" link in the footer.
